It's all ready been shown in videos that in Boost Rush mode you'll be playing level packs with the same stages in the same order every time. It wouldn't really make sense to have it entirely random like Coin Rush, as I believe the goal of the mode is to challenge mode gold carry get the lowest possible total time over all of the stages in a pack.
